Project Manager for Security Technology (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the technically and economically successful implementation of integrated security solutions. As an experienced project manager, you are looking for a clear project structure (mile stones, work packages, responsibilities, reporting) as well as an appointment, cost and performance controlling incl. Forecast, follow-up and claim management. You coordinate the technical execution from project preparation to commissioning including functional tests, “As-built” documentation and acceptances. You ensure compliance with standards, manufacturers and customer requirements. You run internal project teams (construction managers, technicians, system specialists and commissioning engineers) professionally and tax external partners/subcontractors incl. Performance assessment, instruction and quality control together with the building manager. You act as a central contact person for the customer project manager, the general contractor and security officer in the project and moderate technical clarifications, Jour Fixes and Escalations. Together with the building manager, you ensure the implementation of statutory and customer-specific work safety requirements.

Complete technical studies or qualification as a state-tested technician or master. Multiannual experience in project management - ideally project management of safety or electrotechnical projects. Funded knowledge in VOB, building and contract law, as well as routine in reporting, project controlling and follow-up management. Experience with security technology and understanding of system integration/ IT infrastructure. A quick understanding, analytical thinking and a high level of commitment. Very good communication skills in word and writing. Your English skills are also very good.
