Team Leader Driving Service

For the DB Regio Bus Bus companies of the Region Nord (namely: Autokraft GmbH, DB Regio Bus Nord GmbH, Haller Busbetrieb GmbH, Regionalbus Braunschweig GmbH, Weser-Ems Busverkehr GmbH) we are looking for a full-time team manager (w/m/d) for the locations Neustadt in Holstein and Heiligenhafen. Your tasks:

Management of the driving staff and personnel planning and recruitment together with staff and branch management Implementation of employees:inside, BEM, and missed-time talks with the driver as well as introduction of new employees:inside Takeover of tasks from operator responsibility (e.g. driving licence control & control steering and rest periods, as well as instruction, guidance of travel books and vehicle lists) Communication & implementation of key measures in the field of activity as well as the collection and dissemination of experiences and insights from the circle of driving personnel Organisation and implementation of drivers' working groups Team talks Takeover of complaint management and damage management vehicles (coordination with workshops) Takeover of location/building responsibility (also our external sites) and mutual representation with other team leaders of the branch Cooperation with the head office as well as with the Kiel branch and the Nord region, in particular in cross-site topics Cooperation with local works councils and a general willingness to take part in driving activities and other tasks

Your profile:

completed vocational training; ideally you have a qualification as a motor vehicle master:in, specialist in driving (FiF), driving instructor:in or experience in driving service or already as a team leader:in Enforceability and Commitment Economic thinking and action Structured, flexible and independent working methods as well as high self-initiative and the ability to self-motivate Ability to manage and resolve conflicts incl. Team reinforcement Communication and team skills as well as high loadability even in stress situations Very good computer skills in MS Outlook, MS Office, as well as willingness to work into Group-owned systems Possible driving licence Class D and knowledge of relevant legislation Standing for continuous training
