Analysis of existing business processes with the aim of identifying potentials for automation and partial automation Development and implementation of automated workflows for process optimization Integration of various applications and systems via automation and integration platforms Use of modern AI technologies (e.g. Large Language Models) to increase efficiency of workflows Create user-friendly dashboards and automation solutions to visualize and control workflows Cooperation on iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) projects Close cooperation with specialist departments for identifying technical requirements and matching automation strategies

A completed training, study or professional experience in IT or software development Solid understanding of programming logic and experience with at least one modern programming language (eg JavaScript, Python) Experience in handling APIs and Webhooks for system integration Understanding data flows and cross-system process design Interest in or first experience with AI technologies and their practical application in everyday work Analytical thinking as well as the ability to capture, model and optimize processes in a structured manner Self-employed and structured work with a high degree of self-initiative Joy of innovation, automation and simplification of complex tasks
