(Junior) IT-Engineer Healthcare (m/f/d)

You manage and manage the local IT infrastructure (firewall, network, telephony, server, virtualization) and their local jobs (hardware and software), in coordination with central IT services. You are the first contact person on site in case of problems and questions of the users and agree with the central ServiceDesk and the central infrastructure. If necessary, you accept new IT requirements from local users and tune them centrally. You ensure future-oriented development, updating, implementation and operation of IT infrastructures. You take over the implementation of local projects at the site. You support building and defining central IT processes to expand service-oriented IT. On-site use in Munich is required, home office is partially possible (20 – 30 %).

You have a successfully completed study of (economic) computer science or comparable training with IT background. You bring experience in IT user care, the management of local infrastructures and the provision of user services (hardware and software). You have knowledge of the implementation, operation, administration and further development of digital infrastructure, preferably in the healthcare industry. You have experience with hospital information systems and practical software including Interfaces and their administration and rights management. You ideally already have knowledge and experience regarding special IT requirements and regulations in the HealthCare environment. You already have knowledge in the area of Network, Security, Firewall, Proxy, IaaS-SaaS / FaaS, Workplace, Server, Telephony / TK system, as well as in the control of service providers and projects in this area. You are user-oriented and customer-oriented, durable and flexible. You can organize yourself well and are used to independent work. You are optionally owned by a valid class B driving licence.
