Individually responsible handling of international customer orders - from order acquisition in the SAP system to appointment control to invoice and shipping coordination Organisation and control of the entire export and dispatch processing including the export declaration by ATLAS, and the preparation of all required customs and foreign trade documents Ensuring compliance with all customs and foreign legislation and close cooperation with internal departments, customs authorities and the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) Contact for our international customers and branches Communication with forwarders and authorities Close cooperation with international sales staff and internal interfaces Processing of complaints Installation and maintenance of customer master data

Successfully completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification ideally with a focus on customs/external economy Good knowledge of the SAP SD module as well as electronic customs registration Multiannual professional experience in these areas desirable Team-ready and process-oriented personality Structured, independent and reliable operation Communication strength and joy in cooperation with customers and internal departments Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Safe handling of the current MS Office programs
