Assistant to the Works Council (w/m/d) in parttime (16 hours/week)

In order to strengthen our works council, we are looking at you as an assistant to the works council (w/m/d) in parttime (16 hours/week) at the Ettlingen site. Since Wednesdays regularly hold meetings of the works council, Wednesday is scheduled as a fixed working day.

Your tasks: You support the Works Council and the Works Council Presidency in all organisational and administrative tasks You coordinate appointments, organize meetings and business meetings and take over the preparation and follow-up You create invitations, agendas, protocols and other documents taking into account legal requirements You maintain the digital storage and documentation system in accordance with data protection and structured You process the inbox of the works council and support internal communication You work in the care of intranet content and in the preparation of presentations and information documents with You organize trips, seminars and cross-site appointments and accompany these organizational

Your profile: You have a successfully completed commercial training You have very good knowledge in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams) You are characterized by very good communicative skills and a secure written expression, in particular in the preparation of protocols, invitations and internal information You work organized, structured and independent and keep an overview under time pressure You convince by a high degree of discretion, loyalty and sensitivity in handling confidential information You are ready to travel occasionally within the company locations; a driving licence is advantageous
