You identify qualified professionals and occupy challenging positions in the defence sector. You use modern recruiting and interviewing methods, find fit candidates and build a talent pool in a sustainable manner.

In your role, you actively shape the expansion of our unit together with the team and contribute significantly to successfully occupying key positions in one of the most innovative high-tech industries.

You identify tailor-made talents based on defined requirements for our customers in the armaments industry, aerospace and related suppliers You are responsible for the entire recruiting process – from selecting suitable recruiting channels and methods to successfully occupying challenging positions Start target group-oriented job advertisements, run Active Sourcing and build a sustainable candidate pipeline and talent pools on You test and evaluate application documents, meet a qualified preselection and conduct structured interviews Through a valuable, binding communication for a positive Candidate Experience, you professionally accompany candidates through the entire application process You accompany the entire Employee Lifecycle – from contract creation to administrative personal processes to the care of staff documents

You have first experience in recruiting professionals, ideally in highly regulated industries such as the defence environment or aerospace. You bring good knowledge of the area of employee direct placement or employee transfer and have first contact with tariff regulations and the corresponding processes. You have first knowledge in the labour law, in particular in the Employee Transfer Act (AÜG), the GDPR, the AGG and other relevant legal requirements You communicate safely in German and have good English skills in word and writing. You convince with a pronounced service and service orientation, a professional appearance and a binding and value-adding communication to candidates, candidates and customers.
