Bayreuth This is your job in the future • Development and implementation of tendering and awarding strategies in close coordination with the Category Management for complex large-scale onshore projects • Individually responsible implementation of national and pan-European procurement procedures by sector regulation - including tenders with order volumes in the high three-digit million range • Analysis and active management of national and international supplier markets focusing on energy and infrastructure projects • Creation and coordination of project-specific demand, procurement and tender planning • Preparation, implementation and follow-up of procurement, contract and follow-up negotiations • Self-control of the entire ordering process in SAP S/4HANA (description, quote evaluation, order, documentation) • Function as a central contact:in for procurement topics in the project team as well as close interface coordination, e.g. with claim management and commercial project management • Active participation in compliance with working, process and compliance standards in all shopping activities
