Complete studies in civil engineering/training as a construction technician/ survey engineer or a comparable qualification First experience in civil engineering construction (road construction, civil engineering, earth construction, etc.) The ability to motivate interdisciplinary teams and manage them efficiently Organisational capacity, communication strength and enforcement capability Entrepreneurial thinking and negotiation skills Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
