In this versatile position, you are responsible for the operational and administrative support of our target areas and ensure smooth operations on board and on land. This includes: Administrative tasks: Support for preparation at trade fairs & conferences, booking of business trips, project work as well as maintenance of the process management system, processing of guest feedback, billing for land trips, early check-in and transfer buses Port operation: obtaining nautical approvals and permits, provision and maintenance of destination and entry information Country trip operations: arrangement of private and land trips for groups, price calculation, quota management in MXP and close cooperation with agencies and authorities day-to-day operation: support the planning and execution of check-in processes, transfers and baggage service, material management Analysis & Optimization: Supporting the evaluation of day-to-day reports, supplier reviews and port agency evaluations for continuous process improvement

Complete training or study in seafaring, tourism or a related area Experience in the cruise industry, port logistics or similar activities Geographic knowledge and destination knowledge in common cruise destinations Analytical thinking, numerical understanding and cost awareness Self-employed, structured and result-oriented work Organizational talent, sense of responsibility and resilience German and English skills Safe handling of MS Office, knowledge of DaVinci and MXP of advantage
