Your tasks:
- They process drawing parts on a modern 5-axis milling centre and provide precise results.
- They define the processing sequence and the clamping means according to the drawing specifications in coordination with the CAM department.
- You enter CNC programs of the CAM department and independently create CNC programs using workshop-optimized programming (WOP).
- They equip clamping means and tools and ensure a smooth production process.
- They ensure the daily production program and optimize the economic use of the equipment.
Your profile:
- They have completed vocational training as an industrial or machining mechanic or comparable training.
- They have several years of professional experience in handling 5-axis milling machines.
- Ideally you have experience with CNC 5-axis milling machines incl. Automation and programming knowledge with Heidenhain controls.
- They work independently, organized and are team-oriented.
- They are ready for work in 2-shift operation and can be used flexibly.
