Your role As a team leader for our ServiceNow Platform Team ITSM/HRSD/SecOps, you are responsible for the safe operation and the safe further development of the IT Service Management HR Service Delivery and SecOps products. Your duties include: Take over the disciplinary and professional responsibility for the product teams in the fields of ITSM (IT Service Management), HRSD (HR Service Delivery) and SecOps (Security Operations). Further development of the teams and their employees Cooperation with external service providers in both projects and ongoing operations Ensure that the safety standards applicable to the applications in your organizational area are maintained and further developed

Studies in the field of (economic) computer science, economic engineering or comparable qualifications Knowledge and professional experience in software development and support Comprehensive and profound IT Architecture and Process Understanding in ServiceNow (ITSM/HRSD/SecOps) Strongly expressed leadership, social and communication skills High level of customer, quality and result awareness as well as skills in moderation, organization and negotiation Excellent analytical problem solving capabilities and proven organizational, planning and analytical skills. Creative problem-solving strategies in end-to-end process consulting Experience in international project management Good knowledge of German and knowledge of English with high intercultural competence JOBV1_EN
