Head of the 'Central Services' section with the tasks of finance and accounting, controlling, material management, human resources and information technology Leadership and further development of five experienced teams with a total of approx. 25 employees Close and trusting cooperation with the Management Board, the Works Council, the Executives and the employees in all personal questions Creation of business plans, business field reports and the establishment of meaningful reporting with key figures Further development and digitization of commercial processes (controlling processes, early warning systems, financial and liquidity management) Responsibility for the preparation, plausibility and preparation of the annual financial statements by business fields in cooperation with the auditor Financial planning, cash management and equity management in coordination with the Management Board Participation in participation management Contact person (m/w/d) for auditors, tax advisers, authorities, banks and the cooperative association Reporting to the Executive Board and regular reporting to supervisory bodies Coordination of external legal and insurance partners and control of external service providers Initiation and management of cross-departmental projects to increase efficiency and digitization as well as special tasks

Successfully completed commercial studies or kfm. Training with relevant training and many years of professional experience Multiannual experience in a leading position in the commercial sector, ideally in the energy or supply industry Knowledge in the fields of financial planning, budgeting and labour, tariff, tax, social security and business constitutional law Ideally knowledge in concession management and cooperatives Representative leadership skills and experience in the motivation and development of teams High analytical skills and safe interpretation of complex financial information High IT affinity and experience with ERP systems; Knowledge of reporting and business intelligence tools of advantage
