Preparation of billing: recording, testing and processing of consumption and reading values.

Completion of billing: Self-creating and plausibility check of heating and operating costs.

Object support: Administration and care of assigned properties.

Fault analysis: clarification of inconsistencies and clarification of special and doubt cases.

Customer contact: Telephone and written advice from customers on all issues related to billing.

Training: Commercial training (e.g. real estate businessman/wife, office businessman/wife) or comparable qualification.

EDV-Kenntnisse: Secure handling of MS Office and experience with common accounting software.

Strengths: Good understanding of figures, analytical thinking and an accurate way of working.

Compensation & Extras: Attractive salary between € 45,000 and € 52,000 per year (depending on qualification), additional Christmas money and a fare grant.
