For Strategy & Project Management, GLS Germany is now looking for a Product Manager / Projektleiter Digital (w/m/d) Unlimited in full time You want to develop digital solutions that make everyday life really easier? Our team is predominantly located in Eschborn near Frankfurt – mobile work is possible by agreement.

Business Ownership & Product Development: You are responsible for the GLS business customer portal including the further development together with the (technical) product owner, and you translate customer and business requirements into digital product functionalities. Digital B2B projects: You control multi-disciplinary digitalization initiatives along the customer journey as well as the design, implementation and introduction of new digital products, services and processes. Innovation & Process Optimization: You analyze and evaluate operational processes for identifying digitization potentials, create business cases and build networks from internal and external key users. Stakeholder & Change Management: You take active communication and coordination with relevant stakeholders, in particular telesales, depots and service areas, you bring people together, find solutions and eliminate obstacles.

Qualification & Experience: You have a completed degree in BWL, (economic) informatics, VWL or comparable as well as first professional experience in product or project management. Business Mindset & Process Understanding: You have the ability to fully understand customer processes, to identify complex relationships and to derive value enhancement potential from them. IT-Affinity & agile operation: You bring experience in dealing with IT-related topics, ideally software/product development and are safe to use agile tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence). Communication & persuasiveness: You have a safe appearance, presentation and moderation strength as well as enforcement ability in dealing with different stakeholders. Languages & mobility: Very good knowledge of German and English as well as the readiness for occasional business trips (national/international).
