Leadership and personnel responsibility Total responsibility for all personnel topics of the Agency Marketing Group systematic further development of employees (customer talks, competence building, development planning) Personnel planning with a view to future technical and methodological requirements Strategy and control Continuing, further development and strategic orientation of agency marketing and marketing in the local environment of our insurance agencies deriving concrete measures and ensuring operational implementation Coordination and control of the further expansion of agency marketing in close coordination with relevant internal interfaces, in particular online marketing Team and Process Development Further development of team structures and working methods (including the development of project-shaped structures within line work) Conception, implementation and moderation of workshops Introduction, establishment and moderation of regular meetings and voting formats Communication and interfaces Representation of agency marketing inside and outside, e.g. by lectures at meetings close cooperation with adjacent teams, departments and district directories active design of interface communication Systems and platforms technical coordination and control of the further functional expansion of the marketing portal

completed university degree with a focus on marketing or a comparable qualification sound marketing know-how and relevant professional experience proven experience in managing employees or groups in the company context good knowledge of the insurance market strong understanding of the specificities of local or regional exclusivity distribution and their impact on marketing measures strategic operation, combined with implementation skills and communication skills
