Service Manager Network Technology (m/f/d)

Service responsibility: You are responsible for IT service management, including coordination and monitoring of ongoing projects and ensuring high service quality in the network operator, enterprise, or security environment. Focus on network technology: You are responsible for the further development and quality assurance of our network services and infrastructure. Service Review Meetings: You regularly conduct meetings with our customers. Escalation Management: You take the problem solution and act as a central interface between internal teams, external customers and suppliers. ITIL & Development of Services: You are responsible for and optimising our ITIL-based service processes and systematically develop our managed services and network operations. Collaboration in the Presales: With your know-how, you support the calculation of offers and tenders. Performance orientation: You monitor the KPIs service and continuously develop it.

Qualification: You have a completed technical study or a comparable training. Personal responsibility: Experience in the professional and disciplinary leadership of teams desirable. Network know-how: You have well-founded practice experience with solutions from Cisco Systems or Nokia Networks. IT Service Management Know-how: You have extensive experience in this field and are ITIL certified. Technical expertise: You are well familiar with enterprise or carrier networks as well as network operation and managed services. Project Management Competence: You can safely use both classic methods (e.g. Prince2) and agile procedures (e.g. SCRUM).
