Take over in this versatile position You important tasks the handling of transport orders and shall contribute significantly to the smooth running of the supply chain.

Your tasks:

• participation in the implementation and coordination of Transportation in Germany and abroad
• production, testing and administration of shipping documents, Freight documents, shipping documents and invoices
• Communication and coordination with customers, freight forwarders and Business partners by phone and email
• Date monitoring and shipment tracking timely deliveries
• Maintenance and management of data and processing general administrative tasks
• Active support in further development and improvement logistical processes

Your qualification:

• A successfully completed commercial training, ideally in the field of forwarding and logistics services; or Comparable
• Experiences in the field of forwarding / logistics are for you Advantages
• Secure handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ideally knowledge of prediction software

Your personal profile:

• organizational skills, reliability and a structured, Precise procedure
