Concierge & Travel Specialist (m/f/d)

Exclusive travel management: you plan and book complex business and private trips (flying, private jets and luxury hotels) for our customers and their families. First-class reception: You welcome our customers and business partners as the face of the house and provide their first-class support including the highest hosting standards. Concierge Services: Whether reservations in fully booked restaurants, tickets for sold out events or the organization of extraordinary gifts – you are well connected and make the impossible possible. Interface & Security: You coordinate appointments with our consultants, are contact persons for customers, board and employees and always pay attention to the highest discretion.

Background: Ideally training in the five-star hotel industry (e.g. hotel merchant (m/w/d)) or multi-year experience in travel management Service excellence: You have organizational skills, are versed in handling all digital platforms and have a well-kept, professional appearance. World Appliedness: You speak fluently German and English; every other language is a valuable added value for our international client. Personality: You have a pronounced feeling for people, an eye for the smallest details and keep calm and sovereignty even with high timing. You maintain the necessary sensitivity and confidentiality in highly personal questions.
