Creation of the offer skalkulation: As part of our general contractor offerings for turnkey construction projects, you will create quotations for raw construction services. Own-responsible quantity determination: You determine the corresponding quantities independently with modern digital tools. Improving costing, procurement and construction processes: With further development of the working methods and the digital tools (including model-based project processing) you will participate in improving the costing, procurement and construction processes. Compilation of performance directories: You assemble performance directories. Inquiry from post-contractors and materials: You ask for post-contracting services and materials. Working in the areas of design, engineering and consulting: You work within the planning phase in the areas of design and engineering and consulting

Qualification: Successfully completed technical training or successful completion as master / technician / system planner (m/w/d) craft training in civil engineering or a study in the field of civil engineering, architecture or with a comparable scientific focus Technical skills: knowledge of the common Microsoft Office products and affinity for industry-specific digital applications Personal Strengths: Cross-Working Conception, Independent, Intrinsic Working, High Level of Responsibility, Motivation and Teamability
