These exciting tasks await you

You support department manager purchasing and buyers in all ongoing tasks You book order confirmations, delivery notes, credits and invoices correctly and agree with project managers and buyers You ask for the correct storage and completeness of all documents You clarify differences in the construction sites and work together with financial accounting You take over the management of leases, tools and work clothes in the goods management system You prepare monthly material bookings, supported in inventory and complaint processing

That's what you bring to it

You have a completed and recognized business training in the area of purchasing / administration or a comparable qualification, e.g. in wholesale and foreign trade management You have experience in material management, booking of deliveries and invoices as well as handling goods management systems You are safe in dealing with MS Office and ideally have experience in working with financial accounting You work structured, carefully and reliably You are active in team and support colleagues and project managers You have good communication skills and can safely clarify differences
