You accompany children of classes 1 to 4 reliably and attentively and take into account their different phases of development. You plan and design educational offers and projects that promote children's interests, talents and social skills. You support children in transition to school and promote self-responsibility and self-responsibility for older children. You observe the children in everyday life and accompany their individual development processes in a professional and valuable way. You work confidently with parents, school and the multi-professional team. You bring their own interests and skills, for example in music, creativity, movement, nature or cooking.

You have completed training as a state-recognized educator (w/m/d), a curative supplementary qualification is welcome. A qualification as a practical manager (w/m/d) is also welcome. You meet children with appreciation, empathy and a facing attitude. You are pleased to accompany children in their self-employment and personal development. You understand participation as an important part of educational work and actively involve children in decisions. You like to work reliably, creatively and in the team and take part in the diverse hortall day. You have the pleasure of introducing your own skills, such as playing an instrument or creating creative, sporty or nature-related offers. The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
