As a specialist (m/w/d), you actively participate in the process line of the Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) of DZ BANK AG and take over responsible control and quality assurance tasks along the entire process chain. You accompany the technical operationalization of legal and regulatory requirements and assist in the transfer of these external and internal requirements into auditable, process-integrated standards. You are responsible for the implementation, documentation and monitoring of 1st Line of Defense controls, including the samples according to our quality assurance concept, and are in close contact with the Compliance (2nd Line) and the operational units. You support the introduction and further development of control systems as well as effective processes according to regulatory minimum standards and initiate independent case checks and the necessary escalation processes in case of vulnerabilities. You work with digitalization projects where you can automate and digitize control systems as well as reportings, such as Tableau dashboards You cooperate in designing and implementing training concepts for internal employees and work closely with compliance. You work in a modern and agile environment, use methods such as Scrum and Kanban and ensure smooth interfaces in cooperation with specialist areas, IT, compliance and market units.

Completed studies (bachelor also sufficient) of economics, economic law or comparable qualifications Knowledge of bank customer structure, banking products and relevant mid/backoffice processes Very good experience in client lifecycle management, especially KYC processes and systems Secure understanding of the legal and supervisory framework (including GWG, FATCA, StUmgBG, KWG, MaRisk, BaFin) Detectional project experience in quality assurance, process management or compliance Very good German and good English skills
