You take over the collection and testing of all performance, billing and working-time-relevant data of the driving personnel as well as the administrative staff and ensure reliable data quality By evaluating system data, you create meaningful reports and support branch management and management with relevant analyses and decision bases You ensure compliance with steering and rest periods and take into account applicable tariff, legal and operational regulations As a competent contact person, you advise employees and executives on issues relating to working hours, time management and billing processes Examination of bills, documentation and processing of deviations in the course of operation in coordination with the relevant departments also includes your task You perform further activities in the field of control and project-related tasks as required

Your profile:

You have completed professional training or have acquired similar knowledge and experience through a long-term successful activity A driving licence of class B and ideally of class D/DE is desirable You also bring experience from the ÖPNV industry You bring very good knowledge in the application of computer systems and standard software; ideally, you already have user knowledge in PERDIS and/or SAP R/3 (ISI) Ready to work in shiftwork as well as a reliable, structured and result-oriented way of working You work independently, responsibly and like to work in the team and convince by good oral and written expressability A friendly, respectful and service-oriented approach to employees and executives completes your profile
