Practical Semester / Working Student Activity Production and Process Optimization (m/f/d)

Support for projects to optimize production processes, material flows and production processes Creation of layouts, CAD models and visualizations, for example for production areas or resources Evaluation and processing of production data in Excel, for example at throughput times, capacities or process characteristics Working with Lean and Kaizen activities and implementing concrete improvement measures Support in the introduction and evaluation of new production technologies at the site Conduct and documentation of tests, prototypes or technical analyses in the production environment Acquisition of own smaller work packages or subprojects as part of production optimization

Studies in the field of economic engineering, mechanical engineering, production engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable degree course Interest in production, manufacturing technology, process optimization and data-based work Structured, careful and independent operation Technical understanding, initiative and willingness to take responsibility for their own tasks Good Excel knowledge; first experiences with CAD, SAP, Power BI or VBA are of advantage
