This makes this job interesting to me: 50Hertz is currently planning and implementing a number of management projects to strengthen its transmission network. Our complex DC programs are prior to the realization and commissioning of this high-voltage direct current transmission connection (HGÜ connection). As a subproject manager*in construction management, I take responsibility for the realization of a construction section. My tasks: Partial project: Management and operational control of the construction sites, including the development of construction sites, assembly and installation concepts to achieve the subproject objectives; project planning and coordination: development and optimization of construction preparation and construction planning, ensuring the HSE and quality requirements and representing the interests of the subproject towards internal and external stakeholders; Technical team management: building and managing a project-related organisation with professional leadership of internal and external project members and service providers, procurement and procurement: creation of procurement plans, participation in the development of procurement strategies and management of tender procedures; Control and monitoring: Operational control of construction activities, quality monitoring, as well as the execution and assurance of checks and controls including the establishment of processes, rituals and tools, Budget control: Continuous monitoring of the budget for early recognition of deviations, support in the audit and release of incoming invoices by service providers and suppliers, release of payments of closed contracts, Documentation and reporting: detailed documentation of all the work carried out in the subproject and ensuring efficient interface management.

Complete study in the field of civil engineering, architecture or comparable, we also open the site for persons with practical training and at least 10 years of professional experience in the appropriate topics, experience in planning and operating construction site control of large infrastructure projects with high investment volumes, knowledge in the fields of HSE and quality management, IT skills (Office package) and very good knowledge of common project management tools, vehicle and ready to stay in permanent construction site, German language skills (C1) and English skills (B1). No need, but of advantage: Certification in project management (e.g. IPMA, PMI).
