Responsible implementation of EU-wide procurement procedures by GWB, VgV, VOB and VSVgV Comprehensive support and advice of the participants in all phases of the award procedure (e.g. in the preparation of the performance description or the definition of suitability and award criteria) Compilation of award documents, announcement of EU-wide award procedures, settlement of correspondence (e.g. answering tender questions, pre-information, award letter, etc.) and implementation of formal tender examination Proper documentation and independent management of the award files Examination of specific legal issues and advice on current developments in procurement law and its case law Development of strategic award concepts for complex procedures

Successfully completed legal, administrative or economic studies An appropriate professional practice in procurement law and experience in the implementation of EU-wide procurement procedures by contracting authorities, ideally in the field of IT contracts Consultancy and the ability to clearly describe complex issues (German knowledge at least. C1 level Self-employed, structured, reliable and targeted Strategic-analytical thinking, self-initiative, sense of responsibility, team spirit IT affinity, routined handling of popular MS Office applications and good English in word and writing
