Settlement of customs formalities for national and international customers, in particular in the maritime economy and the offshore wind energy industry Support in the planning and implementation of projects Cooperation with forwarders, suppliers and authorities to ensure efficient customs processing Communication with our worldwide customers, shippers and agents in German and English Ensuring compliance with customs regulations and directives Creation and verification of customs declarations and documents Advising our customers on customs matters

A completed training for the forwarding businessman/wife or shipping businessman/wife or a comparable commercial training Ideal experience in customs processing Knowledge in the maritime sector and in the offshore wind energy industry is desirable Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of current MS Office applications A service-oriented, independent way of thinking and action Capacity and willingness to work even outside normal office hours High reliability and accurate operation Joy in solving customer-oriented problems
