As a key user SAP in the area of Warehouse Logistics, you are our central contact for all logistics-related SAP topics – with a special focus on inventory management and system integration. You actively contribute your expertise to the further development and optimization of our warehouse processes and SAP systems and act as an interface between the operational warehouse operation and IT. Your tasks at a glance: Control and implementation of goods entry and exit operations and monitoring of storage movements and stocks including Inventors Auditing, complaint processing and use of savings potential Ensuring the required quality including GxP-compliant documentation and audit participation Analysis of key figures and implementation of improvements Cost control and supply of logistical consumables Working in projects focusing on IT systems and process optimization Communication with internal interfaces, service providers and partners

Training in supply chain / logistics or IT with logistical focus Experience in handling SAP, LIMS and other warehouse management systems Knowledge of inventory management and logistics processes Good understanding of IT systems and their application in the warehouse environment Communication strength and team capacity Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Good knowledge of German and English
