Ensuring trouble-free technical operation Ensuring all maintenance intervals: planning, coordination and appointment management Maintenance and maintenance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing and elevators, monitoring of operator responsibility, repair management, testing of structural measures. Care and revision of swimming pool and sauna technology. General organisational activities in the master care sector – Contact persons for technical and infrastructure issues Interface and contact for all companies and specialist companies Own implementation of small repairs and maintenance work Care and design of our newly created outer surfaces Implementation of service and repair measures to IT devices/systems/networks Regular reporting on the state of the building and the services provided to the management Efficient use of areas and installations and optimisation of management costs Leadership and development of the team Considering the needs and comfort of hotel guests Coordination of maintenance work outside the spa opening times

You ideally have a training in one of the following areas or comparable: plant mechanic for sanitary heating and air conditioning technology, electronics engineer with a focus on building technology, - IT system electronics engineer, master of baths, master of medical technology Further qualifications in the field of building cleaning, garden care and fire protection are advantageous It features high service orientation and reliability and you bring craftsmanship, technical understanding, organizational skills and physical resilience. You also favor flexible working hours in the evening hours, weekends and holidays. You have deep technical understanding and joy in the operational management of the technology You are a personality with charm, have very good ways of handling and a pronounced service thinking. You communicate in German, English and/or have other language skills You are a dedicated personality and are happy to work independently With a heart for our guests, a structured way of working and very good IT skills you fit perfectly into our team.
