That's what you expect: You take the technical responsibility of our personnel needs planning and forecasts for our customer service

You recommend short/medium and long-term personnel needs to management

All the team's planning activities will work with you, so you will be able to coordinate the activities and derive management recommendations

You evaluiate our workforce management processes, optimize and develop them with your ideas

That's what distinguishes you: You bring multi-year experience (such as training, study or professional experience) in the area of data analytics (or mathematical business background) and/or have already gained experience in the customer service industry

You have a well-founded knowledge of data analysis, forecasting and personnel needs planning and use tools such as Power BI, Excel or comparable applications

You find it easy to process complex data volumes and facts easily for your stakeholders

You are thrilled not to stand, but to develop your own ideas to set up the workforce management in a sustainable manner

You are a communication-strong personality (in German and English) who likes to look beyond the package edge with her Can-Do mentality
