Dispatcher (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the daily planning of the tours as well as the organisation of our waste collection vehicles and, in the course of this, use the driving personnel You also ensure the best possible utilization of our fleet in the event of short-term changes and always keep in mind compliance with legal requirements You are the first contact person of our customers in the telephone and written customer contact from order intake to complaint processing As a responsible dispatcher, you always have an open ear for our driving staff and ensure a pleasant working atmosphere in which the staff feels supported

After successfully completing your training, you will bring first professional experience in a commercial activity and have worked with Outlook and Excel, among others. You enjoy working in an agile and fast-paced environment, can quickly make decisions, effectively enforce them and always keep a cool head You are an absolute team player and appreciate the handling of people with different cultural backgrounds In Munich you will know the city rushes, main roads as well as adjacent villages of the neighbouring districts You already have (first) experiences in the MRP or Logistics of a fleet collected
