Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Camfil APC GmbH in Tuttlingen supports customers with powerful Air Pollution Control systems, i.e. industrial systems for exhaust air and emission cleaning. As part of an international group, we act in close cooperation with engineering, sales and international specialist departments.

You coordinate and process customer complaints, returns and internal complaints – including documentation and communication with sales and customers You analyse quality data, evaluate relevant key figures and derive potential for improvement You're puggling and developing our quality and environmental management documentation You support the preparation, implementation and follow-up of internal and external audits with focus on DIN ISO 14001 You accompany monitoring, measurement, analysis and evaluation measures in the QM system You’re working on continuous improvement processes within the Camfil Group

You have a technical training or a comparable relevant qualification You have several years of experience in quality management, quality assurance, complaint processing or similar tasks – ideally in the production environment You can safely read technical drawings and bring a good technical understanding with You work safely with MS Office and bring knowledge in handling ERP systems You have high quality standards, work analytically, conscientiously and are communicative as well as team-oriented You have good knowledge of German and sound English in word and writing
