They work in our area “Personal and Central Services” in the group “Central Services”. The group ensures smooth operation at the company's headquarters, at the offices and the fleet.

We are the leading group of real estate companies in the Nuremberg region. Our core business is the management of around 20,000 rental apartments as well as other around 8,000 rental units. In addition, we are active in the construction company and implement social construction projects for the city of Nuremberg with the construction of daycare facilities, horts and schools.

Your main tasks:

• Implementation of mastery activities in the specially used objects
• Technical installations (ventilation, cold, electric, heating, KNX, EMA, access control, automatic doors)
• Implementation of minor repair and assembly work
• Execution of the interval tests of fire protection doors
• Implementation of green and grey areas
• Checking the functionality and operational readiness of media technology in meeting rooms
• Execution of driver assignment of service vehicles
• Car care and maintenance
• Support in fleet management and moving management
• Support at reception and post office
• Implementation of messenger services within Nuremberg
• Up and down jobs

Your qualification:

• Job-related qualifications or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in craft and technical fields
• Experience in handling power-driven small devices
• IT knowledge (Microsoft 365)
• Class B / BE licence
