Claims management trainer (m/f/d)

Conception, implementation and refurbishment of presence and online training (specialist, system, product and communication trainings) in the area of damage absorption/regulation/management for new employees and existing employees Creation of training plans, training documents and media as well as their documentation and management in our knowledge database Development of interactive e-learning courses with tools like Articulate Storyline Analysis of training needs, development of training concepts including subsequent monitoring of training participants with regard to learning progress and success Processing of payment authorizations and letter releases as part of training support Working in projects for transformation, process change or introduction of new systems Close cooperation with managers and departments to analyse training needs and specialist requirements

Completed vocational training or studies e.g. in the field of insurance, BWL, adult education or communication First professional experience in the regulation and handling of motor vehicle damage and private liability are desirable. The ability to prepare complex content and processes visually in digital form (e.g. PowerPoint and Excel) and to communicate Understanding and affinity for legal liability bases and insurance conditions for KFZ insurance Advantages are knowledge of the damage regulation tool Guidewire Training or coaching training or relevant professional experience in knowledge transfer Enthusiasm and strong communication, moderation and motivation skills Very good German and good English skills A plus for us would be: experiences especially in the regulation of personal, foreign and property damage
