In this position, you support the management of operations in the operational and strategic management of warehouse and production logistics for our team with 30 employees. You are responsible for the efficient use of storage space and resources as well as for the coordination of resources in the logistics processes for our customers at the location. You advise the customer in the planning and implementation of lean management initiatives and monitor the quality standards and processes in the storage area according to the requirements of ISO 22001, ISO 9001 and IFS 3.0. You carry out training and further training for storage personnel on quality assurance and process optimization. You ensure compliance with the customer's safety guidelines and safety requirements in all logistics areas. You participate in the preparation and implementation of audits and certifications, analyzes KPIs and regularly prepare reports on stock performance (MBR and QBR for the customer). You take over the representation of the office management in case of absence and corresponding management tasks, the possibility of succession being in the task of the office management after 6 to 9 months (if applicable with corresponding mentoring of up to 24 months).

You have completed your studies in the field of logistics or business management or a comparable qualification (e.g. completed training) as well as sound knowledge in the field of warehouse logistics and process optimization. You bring basic knowledge in lean management and continuous improvement as well as ideally knowledge in quality management (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 22001) and/or lean management. You have experience in handling quality assurance systems and audits as well as in the management and organisation of teams (20 to 50 RTD). You have security in handling MS Office programs (especially Excel for evaluations and reporting) as well as know-how in the application of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems. You combine customer-oriented communication skills and initiative with team spirit and reliability.
