Senior Account Manager (m/w/d)

Your tasks: • Monthly financial statements and cost analysis: You support the creation of the monthly financial statements and check the booked costs of the Ketsch site • Billing and approval processes: You set up billing overviews for orders and monitor the approval processes and delivery status up to the invoice • Interface between purchasing and customers: You coordinate the communication between central purchasing and customers and ensure a smooth exchange of information. • Material orders and delivery check: You regularly order consumables and office supplies and check whether the delivered goods match the orders • Auditing and cash management: You control incoming invoices and forward them to accounting while monitoring the cash flow at the location • Company Car Administration: You organize and monitor the use and maintenance of company vehicles • Travel bookings and event organization: You will take care of booking business trips (hotels, flights, rental cars) and organize events as well as hospitality • Coordination and communication: You are the central contact person and coordinate the communication between the various departments and employees.
