General responsibility for the Service Center (DLZ) division – including strategic orientation, operational management and close cooperation with the Executive Board, executives and the Deputy Head of Business. Leadership and further development of the Facility Management team – from the task priority to the professional promotion of employees to the introduction of innovative concepts such as flexible office solutions and optimized land use. Ensuring a legally secure, efficient and sustainable building operation, including maintenance, refurbishment and modernisation measures, as well as implementation of building and fire protection requirements. Responsibility for real estate and land management at all MDN locations in Lower Saxony – from the support of properties to the management and negotiation of lease agreements to economic land planning. Budget, cost and award management – from the creation of cost-effectiveness analyses to the implementation of tenders to the monitoring of contracts with external service providers in facility management. Representation of the business unit in internal and external bodies as well as active stakeholder management to ensure service-oriented and economic building management.

You have a completed master's degree in architecture, civil engineering, real estate management or a comparable degree programme. You have multi-year leadership experience in the service environment and/or in facility management. You bring well-founded knowledge of building, plant engineering and organizational fire protection as well as in project management. You are safe in handling the common Microsoft Office applications. You have a structured, solution-oriented and resilient operation, even in challenging project situations. A strong communication strength, negotiation skills and team orientation complete your profile.
