Under our Precision® brand, we develop a new milk that tastes just as good as the original, but is significantly healthier and more sustainable. And further innovative dairy products are already in work. We use alternative proteins and fats to produce products that offer the same consumption and added value as conventional milk. We want to create hedonistic taste experiences, without animals, focusing on modern technologies and simple, transparent recipes. Our team consists of highly qualified and motivated creatives, food technologists and distributors, who bring real innovation to the market.

Together with the project management, you will ensure smooth internal processes You work with our ERP system Xentral and supports logistics processes and order organization You support our team in day-to-day business with administrative and organizational issues You will set up initial invoices for our business customers and address our receivable management You check and pre-contact incoming invoices in DATEV companies Online You process the inbox and exit and keep an overview of ongoing processes You take care of our employees' wage bills and travel costs You support the onboarding of new working students and employees

At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position Ideally completed studies or commercial training Openness for different topics - from accounting to operations to HR Secure handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Structured, reliable and careful operation High level of self-responsibility and hand-on mentality Home ideally located in Munich & surroundings (with matching profile also completely remotely possible) Flowing German and English skills
