• Technical and disciplinary leadership of the Customer Service Exit department
• Responsibility for a smooth process and further development of the department
• Active cooperation in day-to-day business, preparation of internal key figures and creation of customer evaluations
• Optimization of customer processes in close coordination with sales and service management
• Monitoring of production quality
• Participation in the daily Jour Fixe and preparation of the topics from the Customer Service Exit

(m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or comparable qualifications

• Experience in customer service and good knowledge of how to use complaint processing tools

• Safe negotiation in English, further language skills of advantage

• Self-working, solution-oriented thinking and holistic action

• Communication strength, enforcement capacity and loadability
