ORDER MANAGER (m/f/d)

As part of our admin teams, you are responsible for regular customer support by phone and email (No Acquise or Marketing!). You are the first contact point for inquiries and represent INWATEC to customers and suppliers. A focus Your work is the creation of offers and the general order processing. You support the field service and management in day-to-day business in all topics related to order processing. You support the Furhpark management in all aspects of the daily business, such as purchasing, contract and cost management (leaning, insurance and maintenance) and act as the contact person of our service car users. In addition, you take over general administrative tasks.

You have a completed commercial training or several years comparable professional experience. A careful and independent way of working, team spirit and organizational talent are the key to you. German and English you can speak and write. Very good knowledge in handling MS Office as well as an EDV system, ideally Sage, complete your profile. Your main workstation is located in our headquarters in Bergheim. That's why your place of residence should be around. First experiences in fleet management are advantageous, but no prerequisite.
