Product Manager for autonomous solutions and products in the military environment (m/f/d)

Your new tasks:

• You are responsible for the market and demand analysis of the military shipping market with regard to procurement programs, developments and trends in the field of autonomous navigation.
• You develop market access strategies for new systems and modernization packages tailored to the dynamics of military shipping and support the sales team in creating offers, tenders and presentations.
• You work closely with the areas of sales, product management, development and marketing to match product development to market needs and ensure successful marketing of new products/solutions.
• You make sure that requirements are included in product roadmaps at an early stage and keeps technical workshops for the refinement of concepts and offers.
• You promote competitive positioning and profit strategies in procurement programs and translate technical features into value promises for decision-makers and stakeholders.
• You build customer relationships with key stakeholders in the military shipping industry, including Marines, Defence Ministries, Marine Weapons and Integrators, and represent Anschütz at industry events, conferences and trade fairs to promote our innovations and strengthen our market presence.

You fit us if:

• You have a degree in engineering, business, nautics or a related field.
• You have several years of professional experience in the military environment, ideally in product management, sales or program execution, and have profound knowledge of military structures, procurement logic and operational requirements.
• Bringing along strong communication and presentation skills and having a convincing appearance in the interaction with decision-makers from military and industry.
• Bring an international readiness to travel and are ready to work in regulated, safety-relevant environments.
• You can experience working with international defense customers and complex project environments.
