As a service manager, you are responsible for the coordination and implementation of our customers and contractual situations When it comes to ensuring performance and compliance with agreed service levels, you are the central contact person Reporting, quality assurance, cost control and service and process optimization are a matter of course for you As a responsible contact person, you address various business topics as well as the escalation management You enjoy the PreSales phase and start concepts, offers and calculations

Complete training with relevant experience in IT Service Management You ideally own professional practice or Experience in project management / project management additionally a high IT affinity.
