develop independent customers of the Account Area and the local market (implement strategies for existing and new customers, short, medium and long-term development planning)

organize and answer customer-centric cooperation

plan and implement sales support measures

continuously build, develop and maintain customer relationships of all levels of the account

Advise opinion leaders in your area of responsibility

work closely in the Zeiss team as well as visit specialist events and trade fairs

a training with a focus on optics or medical training or High school studies with extensive experience in ophthalmological surgery in ophthalmological practices or clinics

extensive experience in the field of medical technology, optics

Experience in negotiating and dealing with decision-makers

detailed knowledge of the German market, customer segments and market drivers within ophthalmology

Knowledge of workflow processes in practices, clinics and essential health regulations and laws

high flexibility, self-motivation and a high readiness to travel; the willingness to set up a home office

extraordinary organisational and analytical skills while at the same time high competence to find solutions to problems

Contact and communication skills as well as a strong team capability

safe handling of MS-Office and digital communication and presentation media

good English skills
