You're burning for data-driven marketing, have a deep understanding of CRM processes, campaigns and automation and want to go the next step in a modern tech environment? Then you are right with us! Be responsible for our CRM and take care of administration and further development (user management, data structuring, reporting, interfaces, workflow setups, data sync with our product). Develop targeted CRM campaigns across the entire lead & customer lifecycle with commercial and data-based focus (wordcome and onboarding workflows, reactivation of lost customers, upselling campaigns). Design and create conversion-strong landing pages, write responsive email texts and carry out various A/B tests in a structured manner. Be the central interface to the rapidmail teams Sales, Product and Support and support our marketing team: both in Germany, France and Italy for all CRM-relevant questions. Bring new impulses for the automation of marketing and sales processes and shape the integration of AI-based tools (e.g. sales intelligence). Use your broad digital marketing knowledge and become an active part of our internal acquisition unit that designs and implements campaigns to generate new customers (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube).

Complete study with focus on marketing, communication, BWL / VWL, digital media or comparable, ideally with Master's degree. At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the field of CRM, online marketing or marketing automation – ideally in the B2B or SaaS environment. Deep CRM expertise (ideally experience in Hubspot). Very good understanding of data analysis, data interpretation and know-how about lead-nurturing, scoring and conversion optimization. Technical understanding and high affinity for digital tools, automation and data-driven work. Impressed communication strength with a secure sense of target-group content and precise, convincing formulations. High level of initiative, sense of responsibility and flexibility. Interest in artificial intelligence and the development of marketing processes through new technologies. Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing. Ideally, first experience in dealing with HTML, CSS or JavaScript (no need, but a plus).
