Complete study of computer science, business information technology, a related field, Multiannual experience in SAP HR consulting within SAP HCM (PY, PT, PA, OM), knowledge of SAP BTP and the digitization of HR processes based on SAP Fiori, Good understanding of the agile way of thinking and a product operating model, knowledge of integration technologies between SAP modules and between SAP and SuccessFactors, Good language skills: English and German (C1).
