It expects an exciting position in the human resources sector, where you work both in the operational HR sector and in the personnel development with particular attention to the maintenance of our aviation technology. You are HR Manager (m/w/d) at the Penzberg site and serve our colleagues on site as well as at three other locations. You will be supported by our cordial, open and ambitious team at the main location Bremen, which is a service provider for colleagues and also laughs at working phases. Their tasks are essentially divided into the following areas: Strategy: Implementation of personnel strategy under the guidance of and in close cooperation with staff management and the HR team at the main site Strategic derivation of organisational and personnel measures Close and trusting cooperation with works council Succession planning and personnel planning with the assigned department Implementation of personal measures Recruiting: Ensuring personnel selection in close coordination with the executives (m/w/d) of the departments and the Rheinmetall Recruiting Center Regular exchange with the controlling and the specialist areas for the utilization situation and derivation of the resulting personnel requirement Administration: General administrative processing of all operational personnel operations taking into account legal deadlines, requirements and processes Management of personal documents and maintenance of digital personal files Preparation and examination of relevant documents for the pay billing and securing the knowledge transfer within the team

Complete study or comparable qualification with a focus on human resources management, legal orientation or comparable Found professional experience in Human Resources, ideally as HR Business Partner or HR specialist with Ambition Communicative and open minded personality that has fun building networks Knowledge of modern HR management systems/ HR applications, ideally good knowledge of SAP HR R3 Solid experience in cooperation with works councils Good working knowledge Knowledge in handling the MS Office package, in particular Excel Very good English skills in word and writing Ready for occasional missions Embossed team skills, communication skills and service orientation
