Mandatory Intern Talent Acquisition (m/f/d)

In order to strengthen our recruiting team at the Freiburg site, we are looking for a motivated intern (m/w/d) as part of a mandatory internship for a period of at least 3 months from July onwards. As part of our recruiting area, you actively support us along the entire Acquisition Cycle talent and gain a comprehensive insight into modern staff work. Support in applicant management – from screening of application documents to appointment coordination and correspondence Accompanying interviews and support for internal contacts Own implementation of applicant interviews after appropriate incorporation Creation, administration and publication of job advertisements and participation in active candidate search First contact person for applicants and customers with questions and concerns Acquisition of administrative activities and cooperation with recruiting and HR projects

enrolled student (m/w/d), e.g. in BWL, Psychology, Economics or Social Sciences, Education Management or a comparable degree course Strong interest in HR topics and joy in working with people Safe handling of MS Office Very good German knowledge in word and writing, English knowledge of advantage Self-contained, structured and careful functioning as well as a solution-oriented approach
