Design and optimization of material flows and production processes Introduction and implementation of new line feed concepts that are harmonised with progressive automation and clock optimizations Conducting production simulations and production observations with the aim of highlighting optimization potentials and eliminating downtime Analysis and identification of manufacturing strategies for component localizations or their sourcing strategy, close coordination with logistics and supply chain management Coordination and coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders and service providers Creation and implementation of project plans including time, budget and resource management Monitoring the progress of the project to ensure compliance with quality, cost and deadlines Reporting to project and line management Head of cross-functional teams in an international environment

Successfully completed studies in the field of production, logistics, supply chain management, business management or a comparable subject area Multiannual professional experience in manufacturing planning, workshop planning, logistics, warehouse management in the industrial or production environment Experience in production and logistics planning and process optimization Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and warehouse management systems Experience with project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, MS Project) Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Structured and analytical methods and the ability to present complex facts in a structured manner and to make decisions Willingness to increase service travel in the national and international environment
