Offers in the home community (short: AihG) are educational institutions, family groups, special social education centres and ISE measures under SGB VIII.

In AihG ́s you live with the young people in their private living space and thus enable them to enter their own family environment. For the establishment of an AihG for the care of challenging young people aged 8 to 18 years, conneXX GmbH is looking for educational professionals who are willing to take up one to two young people within the framework of SGB VIII in their own household. It is suitable for the large-scale district of Harburg to the county of Verden, over the county of Braunschweig to Lüneburg, in the Saarland and in Schleswig-Holstein.

The AihG to be founded is aimed at challenging young people, ...

behavioural vulnerabilities, complex problem situations, internal family problem constellation, and inadequate patterns of action (aggressions, lack of binding and relationship, risk of addiction ...). need very intensive, social pedagogical support and support. which were already housed in several homes. need an intensive support framework that gives them a reliable structure.

The duration of care is coordinated with the case-leading Youth Office and can end up in a return to the family of origin or also last until the age of the young.

The inclusion of two children corresponds to the activity of a full-time teacher.
